Hi, curious creatures! Yes, LUNA means “moon” in Spanish, which is my first language. She is constantly changing, cycling, dying, and rebirthing every month. So do I, and so do you!
I am evolving—being a passionate yoga instructor, astrologist, sound therapist, and coach.
I used to be another university student under a lot of stress. I loved studying Biomedical Sciences and was endlessly curious about the human body—how it works, develops, and changes. Anatomy and Neuroscience fascinated me.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve met hundreds of amazing people through yoga, traveling, and building connections online and in person. I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification in India in 2023, ventured into the world of sound therapy, and have since conducted sessions in Australia, India, Sri Lanka, the United States, and Mexico!
Yoga is just the beginning of a healing and self-discovery journey. It can be the seed for CONNECTION—with yourself and with others. YOGA represents union within your body, mind, and spirit. YOGA is family, network, and human connection, and this is what I want us to create together.
